SIGNATURE AVIATION - TETERBORO AIRPORT
RCM Ceberio has been retained by Signature Aviation to assist with a new airplane hangar project at the Port Authority of NY & NJ’s Teterboro Airport in Teterboro, NJ. The development of the hangar will impact a small wetland site. Based on its location in the Hackensack Meadowlands District, RCM Ceberio is coordinating efforts with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) to find and receive approval for wetlands mitigation in the Meadowlands area.
RCM Ceberio has been advising the Borough of North Arlington through our “Redevelopment Renaissance”, which has encompassed commercial, industrial and residential projects.
